Latex balloon arches, garlands, cascades and columns cost $16-32 per linear foot depending upon the style and balloons you choose.

Discounts are available for nonprofits, local customers (Green County KY and surrounding areas), and larger projects.

Sculpture prices vary based upon the size and subject of the piece because some just take far more materials and time to create than others. We are known for providing high quality, amazing, finished designs at reasonable rates. So just give us a call or stop by to discuss what you desire, and we'll happily estimate the cost for you.

Yes, we do provide delivery, installation and removal services as required. For many of our installations, we will deliver and setup before your event.  And we'll pick up any poles and backdrops after your event. There may be additional travel charges for some or all of these services depending upon your location.  These services are provided free in our local area.

Air-filled balloons can be delivered and installed up to three days before an event with indoor installations looking beautiful for 6-10 days.  We can add preservative to air-filled balloons which will make them last weeks indoors.

Outdoor balloons do better with lighter colors and in a shaded area, but we can plan anything you have in mind. We put in extra work (like stretching and under-sizing balloons) for outdoor installations to ensure your events look amazing from start to finish. Outdoor installs typically last 12-18 hours max.

Climate is always a factor and your design will do best in a constant temperature, out of the sun.  Colder and hotter spaces will shorten the lifespan of inflated balloons regardless of whether we use air or helium.  Helium filled balloons are more affected by temperature than air-filled balloons.

We will gladly use your photos and ideas for inspiration when planning designs.  Reference photos are very helpful, especially when it comes to color selection. However, like any form of "art", no two designs will ever be exactly the same.  When colors are important (ie: matching colors for a wedding) we always like to meet and work with actual color samples of the balloons to insure they are correct. Send us your theme/color ideas/invitations and we can plan and make suggestions based on the look you are going for.

For entertainment and party bookings: We require a minimum 50% prepaid, nonrefundable deposit to hold any date.  If a date is booked with fewer than 90 days notice, the entire contract amount will be required to be paid in full to hold the date.  Any balances due are required to be paid in full before we begin entertaining. We do not accept checks of any kind at an event.  Any balances due on the event date must be paid in cash or by credit card, credit card payments will be charged an additional 4% to cover the processing fees.  Sorry, we do not extend credit.

For gift delivery and balloon decorating: We require payment up front.  We accept cash at our shop.  We accept credit/debit cards online and in our shop. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please order at least 3 days in advance when ordering online.  If you need same day or next day delivery, please call our shop to place your order.

A live balloon twister costs $75-100 per hour including all materials.

Two twisters working together costs $150 per hour.

We require a 2-hour minimum on Saturdays.

Our master face painter costs $80-100 per hour.

Under study face painters (simpler designs) cost $60-75 per hour.

We require a 2-hour minimum booking on Saturdays.
