Come enjoy music, refreshments and good old fashioned hospitality while we celebrate the holidays AND the 1st anniversary of our shop's opening. We previously scheduled this in December but our workload is too heavy and we're sure everyone has too many things to get done before Christmas. So, we're moving the event into the New Year. Understanding Our Calendar
Any BLANK date can be reserved for a birthday party or other private event by contacting us. We offer event entertainment both on our property and at your location. Contact us to reserve your date.
HOLD = Dates labelled “HOLD” are dates that are being negotiated but that we have not yet accepted a contract for. You might still be able to reserve this date but time to inquire about it is running out.
Looking to SAVE MONEY? Consider booking your private party on a weekday. We offer some great discounts for weekday (afternoon and evening) event bookings.
Fall Event Dates & Holidays: Fall is our most popular time of year! We book the weekend dates for fall fully usually by May each year. So, if you have your heart set on a fall date please reach out to us early.
Saturdays and Sundays: Saturdays are our PREMIUM DATES. They are the most popular day of the week for every kind of event. Book early if you want us for a Saturday. We do offer a discount for a Sunday afternoon party booking.
Deposit: Yes. We do require a deposit to hold any date. That deposit it typically 50% of the balance due. Deposits are non-refundable (though we will sometimes apply them to rescheduled dated)
Accuracy: This calendar is kept 90-95% up to date. It is always changing as new event bookings fill in.
