Important: About Our Calendar & How to Use It
Our online calendar shows listings for both PUBLIC and PRIVATE events. Obviously, birthday parties and company picnics are NOT open to the public. If you aren’t sure of whether or not an event is open to the public, you are welcome to email or message us and ask.
HOLD = Dates labelled “HOLD” are dates that are being negotiated but that we have not yet accepted a contract for. You might still be able to reserve this date but time to inquire about it is running out.
WEEKENDS = Blank Saturdays on our calendar are dates that we are in the store for shoppers from 9AM-2PM CT.
Types of Events Listed on Our Calendar
Tuesday Toons and movie theater special events that are open to the public are listed on our calendar. Public welcome.
Public Festivals, grand openings and other public events we’re appearing at are listed on our calendar. Public welcome.
Private Birthday Parties, Company Picnics, and other private events are also listed on this calendar but are Not for public to attend.

How to Book Us for a Public or Private Event
Any BLANK date can be reserved for a birthday party or other private event by contacting us. We offer event entertainment both on our property and at your location. Contact us to reserve your date.
Looking to SAVE MONEY? Consider booking your private party on a weekday. We offer some great discounts for weekday (afternoon and evening) event bookings.
Fall Event Dates: Fall is our most popular time of year! We book the weekend dates for fall fully usually by May each year. So, if you have your heart set on a fall date please reach out to us early.
Saturdays and Sundays: Saturdays are our PREMIUM DATES. They are the most popular day of the week for every kind of event. Book early if you want us for a Saturday. We do offer a discount for a Sunday afternoon party booking.
Deposit: Yes. We do require a deposit to hold any date. That deposit it typically 50% of the balance due.
Accuracy: This calendar is kept 90-95% up to date. It is always changing as new event bookings fill in.
