Our calendar changes just about daily. We book weekend dates really quickly. Some dates are more popular than others (fall weekends are usually fully booked by mid-May). If you see your date available – Don’t wait, reserve it early! Don’t hesitate to call or message us if you have any questions about our availability. We’re here to help.
How to View & Use Our Calendar
Most BLANK dates can be reserved for a birthday party or other private event by contacting us. We offer event entertainment both on our property and at your location. Contact us to reserve your date.
Need to schedule a balloon decor or gift order? Pickup and install orders can often be scheduled around our existing events. Call our shop for help if you have any questions about scheduling.
RED RESERVATIONS: these are PUBLIC full day events. You’re welcome to come see us at one of these.
PURPLE RESERVATIONS: these are PRIVATE full day events. We can’t accept more events on these dates.
GREEN RESERVATIONS: Private Parties of shorter duration, sometimes allowing for 2 events on a date.
HOLD = Dates labelled “HOLD” in any color are dates that are being negotiated but that we have not yet accepted a contract for. You might still be able to reserve this date but time to inquire is running out.

Booking Tips
Looking to SAVE MONEY? Consider booking your private party on a weekday. We offer some great discounts for weekday (afternoon and evening) event bookings.
Fall Event Dates & Holidays: Fall is our most popular time of year! We book the weekend dates for fall fully usually by May each year. So, if you have your heart set on a fall date please reach out to us early.
Saturdays and Sundays: Saturdays are our PREMIUM DATES. They are the most popular day of the week for every kind of event. Book early if you want us for a Saturday. We do offer a discount for a Sunday afternoon party booking.
Deposit: Yes. We do require a deposit to hold any date. That deposit it typically 50% of the balance due. Deposits are non-refundable (though we will sometimes apply them to rescheduled dated)
Accuracy: This calendar is kept 90-95% up to date. It is always changing as new event bookings fill in.
